Registration

Registration for SIMBIO-M 2022 is solely possible via the online registration form. As the conference is on-going you can directly connect on the following link:

Participants who have already registered for the face-to-face fee will be contacted from the conference secretary soon. We will transfer the face-to-face fees to the virtual early fee and refund the difference. Please do not register again, you will receive a notification shortly and receive a new confirmation/invoice as well as a credit note.

The online registration system will take you step-by-step through the registration process. Upon completion of the registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

20% discount for ESB members (please mention at registration)
10% discount for early registration

* Student registration: Must be student or PhD candidate at the time of registration. Please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a PhD student during registration process.

The regular conference registration fee includes : (1) Admission to the conference room, (2) Lunches

Payments

Payment can be made by bank transfer only. You will receive an invoice iincluding all payment details via email.

You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.

All payments should be made in EURO (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds

In case of cancellation of the registration

Until June 1, 2024, no cancellation fee will apply;

After June 1 and before June 15, 2024, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies;

After June 15, 2024, no refund will be given for any cancellations and the claim for the full payment of all registration fees remains.

No refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

All registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated in written form by email to contact@simbio-m.eu. The time at which the written cancellation is received is deemed to be the time of cancellation.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. SIMBIO-M organizers are not liable for any losses of things, accidents, destruction and damage of property and/or in the injury of persons, the reason not mattering. This applies for travel to/from the conference as well as the attendance in the conference. Participants and accompanying persons participate in all conference sessions on their own risk. They are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.

Certificate of Attendance

Delivery of the Certificates of Attendance will take place after the conference via email.
